Terms and conditions
- All services are provided in your vehicle.
- All services can be modified and adjusted according to your requests as far as possible.
- To obtain a quotation, please contact me. Together we will work out the best programme to meet your expectations.
- All services require a good pair of shoes.
- For the Mont-Saint-Michel. It is important to know that this visit is relatively physical due to the number of steps to reach the top of the abbey.
Price
- The price mentioned is for the whole duration of the tour.
- The price does not include the guide’s meals or entrance fees to any museums, except for Mont-Saint-Michel for which the entrance fees to the abbey are included.
- Normandy Detours reserves the right to modify its prices but undertakes to invoice the services at the price indicated at the time of confirmation.
Terms of payment and cancellation
Payment :
- By cheque (only for French customers)
- By credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
- In cash at the end of the visit.
- At the time of booking, a deposit of 50 € will be requested, this deposit acts as a guarantee and confirms the booking.
- The balance must be paid on the day of the tour.
Cancellation :
- If you cancel 15 days or less before the date of the tour, this deposit will not be refunded.
- If the cancellation is my fault, then this deposit will be refunded in full.
